Contest Clean Up!

I have alerted winners of all my open contests via email, with the exception of THE HOLLOW by Jessica Verday. I made a brief attempt to switch over to Disqus for commenting, and it ate all of the comments on that post.

I will do another giveaway for that title in the near future, and come back for lots of giveaways coming up in December!
