It's Book Blogger Appreciation Week, so today we have a special edition of The Fort!
Welcome Kristi, otherwise known as THE STORY SIREN!
The Story Siren is one of the most well-known blogs around, and it's because Kristi keeps it real with her reviews and consistently gives back to her readers. Please show her some love in the comment section, and visit her blog HERE.
Kristi lives in small Indiana town with her husband and her rottweiler, Xander. She loves Young Adult literature and popcorn! She blogs at The Story Siren, where you can find book reviews, author interviews, giveaways and other fun stuff.
Favorite comfort food?
Grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. I had the best tomato soup ever at a signing in Cincinnati.... it was tomato and blue cheese... I would totally drive the five hours for that right now. mmmmmm!
Scene it! Love the movie, disney and harry potter editions... so fun to play in a group!
Sun worshipper, spray tan or SPF 50?
Spray tan, spf 30.
Beach or lake? Boat or shore?
Love the beach and the lake! Definitely boat!
Air conditioning or open windows?
Well, it just depends on what the weather is outside. It gets so humid here, that air is a must. But I prefer open windows when at all possible.
Favorite summer drink?
Sweet Tea on the rocks!
Ghost story or Truth or Dare?
Truth? Or dare?
What singer/musician/band is a must have for The Fort soundtrack?
I love Paramore.
What movie would you bring to watch?
Either The Princess Bride or Labyrinth

I would have to go with Ian Somerhalder..... something about those blue eyes and dark hair! Goosebumps! It's always a good idea to have Damon Salvatore on your hands, because he kicks butt! You know in case there are any monsters outside.
Marshmallows, lightly toasted or burned to a crisp?
Lightly toasted, you want them to have that crusty outer coating,
Awake all night or first one to sleep?
I'm naturally a night owl, but since I have to get up early for work I'm in bed by ten!
If awake all night, practical joke or no?
Not a joker!
If you could have any YA author visit the fort and tell stories, who would it be and what story would you ask them to tell?
I'd have to go with Meg Cabot, because her blog is HILARIOUS! I'm sure she wouldn't have any problems thinking of an entertaining story!
Thanks so much, Kristi, for visiting The Fort!
